Airvent 100mm Part L Quiet Extractor Fan
This 100mm extractor fan is suitable for bathroom and cloakroom ventilation, with an IP44 rating for safe use in these areas. It delivers a quiet operation at just 27dB(A) and an extraction rate of 75m³/h. The built-in humidistat automatically activates when humidity rises, and an adjustable timer (1–20 minutes) and backdraft shutter are included. The fan meets Building Regulations Document F and L and is housed in a gloss white ABS moulding.
