• Your Medium (4 yards) collection includes a 45 minute labour allowance and 400kg weight allowance (1/2 builders skip/25-30 dustbin bags/3.1 m3). Please note we cannot take prohibited items. • Labour Allowance is the time we allow for 2 men to clear this size of collection. In the very rare instance it has to take longer (eg. 10 floor flat with a broken lift), your team will notify you before they start and apply a supplement of £18 (£15 + VAT) per extra 15 mins. • Weight allowance is the weight we allow for this size of collection. This is normally easy enough unless more than 20% of your waste is very heavy, dense material like tiles, soil or rubble. If so, your team will notify you before they start and apply a supplement of £12 (£10 + VAT) per extra 50kg. • Prohibited items are Small appliances and electronic equipment; Asbestos; Biological or Medical waste; Gas bottles or Fire extinguishers; Oil, petrol or diesel; Paint or paint cans (unless empty); Raw meat or raw fish (unless packaged); Solvents or Toxic waste; Tyres; Car batteries; American style fridges, chest freezers, commercial fridges or aircon units; Pianos.
