TradeKart Limited (‘TradeKart’, ‘TK’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘ours’), are committed to protecting the privacy of all users of TradeKart’s website (www.tradekart.com) & our mobile applications (‘app’ or ‘apps’) all collectively referred to as ‘Sites’. This policy relates to identifiable personal data which we process as a ‘controller’ under the definition provided by the Information Commissioner’s Office. Information We Collect

When using TK Sites (including any partner’s website we work with for providing our services; & chat functions related to the provision of our services) we will be processing information that will carry personal identifiers such as name, email address, contact details, date of birth (if needed for age-restricted products), order details, delivery address, loyalty scheme details if applicable, TK subscription details if applicable; & payment information (credit/debit card).

We will also collect information showing usage of our Sites. This will include Cookies (which expire over time & can be blocked through your own user settings but may restrict access to some parts of our Sites) & other technical data such as device operating system, connection type & IP address. Further technical information relating to user engagement from mobile devices is also collected (unless anonymity is set up in your own user setting), such as network provider, location, performance data, interaction with marketing tools (QR codes/NFC Tags/Vouchers). Additionally, any posts on our Sites & communication into us, e.g. e-mail, live chat, ‘phone call (which may be recorded for training purposes) or letter.

When information is no longer required (e.g. you close your TK Account), your personal information is securely deleted from our servers.

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete
