Mcalpine Ventapipe Air Admittance Valve
This McAlpine Ventapipe 100 air admittance valve allows soil vent pipes to terminate inside the building, avoiding roof penetration and external freezing issues. It has a dual fit synthetic rubber seal outlet for 75mm or 110mm pipe and an air flow capacity of 29.2 l/s. Suitable for above ground drainage with plastic or metal pipes, it meets BS EN 12380:2002.
